We mask, grind, prime, broadcast, scrape, and seal with a streamlined process built for quick turnaround without cutting corners.
01Step one
Grind & profile
Diamond-grind the existing slab to open the pores. No acid etching — mechanical preparation only. This is the difference between a coating that lasts 1 year and one that lasts 20.
02Step two
Base coat
A pigmented 100%-solids epoxy primer is rolled into the freshly-ground surface. Bonds tightly to the concrete and locks the flake in place.
03Step three
Full flake broadcast
100% coverage of your chosen vinyl flake blend. We broadcast to refusal — meaning we don't stop until the floor literally can't hold another flake.
04Step four
Scrape & sweep
Loose flake is scraped, vacuumed, and the surface buffed level. You get the look of a textured floor without the rough feel underfoot.
05Step five
Polyaspartic seal
A high-performance polyaspartic topcoat locks the system in with a UV-stable, chemical-resistant finish built for hot tires.
